Technical Features
Air end:
The air-cooled main engine is designed for complex and demanding service environments such as medium and high pressure air and gas.Multistage compression to reduce the load of each stage;Single action, deep fin cylinder, increase the reliability of the unit operation.
Carefully selected intake, exhaust and safety valves are suitable for a variety of operating conditions.
Heavy-duty inlet filters with mufflers can clean incoming air or other gases.
Lubrication:
The oil pump drives the lubrication system, providing perfect lubrication for every moving part.
The lubricating oil system pressure is strictly monitored to ensure perfect lubrication of the unit.
The oil filter can accurately filter the lubricating oil to ensure the safety of the unit.
Cooling:
High efficiency cooling system, low exhaust temperature.
The air-cooled/water-cooled coolers are flexibly configured according to the application requirements.
The interstage cooler and the final cooler are integrated as a whole, and the main shaft drives the fan for forced cooling of the cooler and the main engine.
Coolers and automatic condensing and drainage are arranged between each compressor stage.
